We’re looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help support the day-to-day execution of our marketing activities, with a strong focus on physical events, logistics, coordination, and follow-up.
This is a junior, entry-level role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable chasing vendors, following up with sales, managing internal stakeholders, and making sure every task is completed on time.
You won’t be expected to build the marketing strategy — but you will play an important role in helping the team execute it.

- Support logistics for physical events, conferences, meetups, and field marketing activities
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, designers, printers, and event partners
- Manage event-related forms, registrations, ERCs, approvals, and internal processes
- Track event timelines, deadlines, checklists, and deliverables
- Follow up with sales and internal stakeholders to collect inputs, updates, and approvals
- Help prepare event materials, swag, booth assets, printed materials, shipping, and onsite logistics
- Maintain organized documentation for events, campaigns, vendors, and marketing activities
- Support webinar and campaign logistics when needed
- Assist with CRM updates, lead lists, and post-event follow-up tasks
- Help the marketing team stay organized, aligned, and on schedule
Basic Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, operations, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent follow-up skills — comfortable reminding people, chasing updates, and closing loops
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks at the same time
- Comfortable working with vendors and internal teams
- Proactive, reliable, and hands-on
- A “no task is too small” mindset
- Ability to work part-time in a hybrid setup from Tel Aviv
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting physical events, conferences, meetups, or office/community activities
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing or startup environments
- Comfortable working in English and Hebrew
- Interest in learning marketing operations, field marketing, and SaaS go-to-market execution
