We’re looking for a talented and driven Backend Developer to join our growing cloud team!
As a Backend Developer you’ll play a key role in designing and building the core infrastructure that powers our platform. You’ll lead the development of complex features and modules, making critical architectural decisions in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment.
This is a hands-on, technical role for someone who is passionate about scalable systems and solving hard engineering problems. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about building robust backend systems that deliver real value – we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Research and design new product features and components.
- Lead the development of modules and features across all technical aspects – architecture, algorithms, and implementation.
- Develop, test, and debug complex problems and algorithms.
- Write design and architecture documents.
- Integrate with all parts of the system including MySQL, Elastic, Redis, and AWS services.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong fundamental software engineering skills (design patterns, algorithms, data structures).
- 2+ years of object-oriented development experience in Java/C#.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong social and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead others if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services.
- Worked in an Agile development environment such as Scrum/Kanban.
- Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem and the Infrastructure-as-Code.
