We’re looking for a Senior Channel Manager to join our Partnership team in the US. As a Senior Channel Manager, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners — MSPs, VARs, SIs, cloud-focused service providers, and ecosystem players — and turn those relationships into pipeline, customer impact, and long-term revenue. This is a builder role. You’ll recruit and activate partners, develop joint go-to-market plans, and enable partner teams to position ControlMonkey as a must-have solution for cyber resilience and cloud recovery. Responsibilities:
- Build and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners across the US Recruit, onboard, and activate partners that can generate meaningful pipeline and customer impact
- Develop joint go-to-market plans focused on cyber resilience, operational continuity, and cloud recovery
- Work with partners to build service-led offerings around ControlMonkey
- Enable partner sales and technical teams to position, demo, and qualify the platform
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities from introduction through close
- Collaborate with internal sales, solutions engineering, marketing, and executive leadership
- Represent ControlMonkey in partner meetings, field events, webinars, and joint customer engagements
- Help shape ControlMonkey’s US partner strategy based on market feedback and field execution
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner development in B2B SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure
- Strong track record of building revenue-generating partnerships in the US market
- Experience working with MSPs, VARs, SIs, cloud partners, or reseller ecosystems
- Ability to create joint value propositions and translate them into field execution
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with partner leaders Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, cloud operations, or infrastructure security
- Experience selling through or with AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems Experience building partner-led motions for technical products with strong services pull-through
- Familiarity with enterprise buyers across infrastructure, security, or business
