We are seeking a highly motivated and sharp Head of Customer Success to join our dynamic team.
This role is perfect for customer success engineers with a technical background in cloud technologies who are looking to transition into a strategic role.
As Head of Customer Success, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers’ needs and future plans, helping them to accelerate their cloud scalability, and providing vital feedback to our R&D and product teams.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Actively communicate with customers to gather insights on their cloud infrastructure needs and future scaling plans.
- Build and develop a team, establishing procedures, tools, and methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance to customers to help them optimize their use of ControlMonkey and infra-as-code practices.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to relay customer feedback and influence the development of new features and products.
- Assist customers in navigating complex technical challenges, leveraging your background in cloud and DevOps.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and exceptional support.
Basic Qualifications
- Customer obsession.
- Proven experience in cloud technologies and infrastructure management.
- Prover experience in customer success roles.
- Technical background, preferably with hands-on experience in a DevOps or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a range of audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various departments to promote an integrated approach to customer success.
- Passion for driving customer success and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools and practices.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
