We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Sales team in Tel Aviv!
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our customers’ business needs. You’ll work closely with prospects, customers, and our internal teams to understand requirements, demonstrate product value, and drive successful adoption.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who is equally passionate about cloud technologies and helping customers succeed. If you’re proactive, cloud-savvy, and driven to deliver real value – we want to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical product demonstrations and customized presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with sales to understand prospect requirements and define success criteria for Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs)
- Work backwards from customer use cases to align ControMonkey solutions with their infrastructure needs.
- Answer detailed technical questions from prospects and customers across the infrastructure and DevOps lifecycle.
- Act as the technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering teams.
- Build trust and confidence with key technical stakeholders, including DevOps engineers, SREs, and platform teams.
- Support pre-sales cycles across the US time zone.
- Travel as needed to customer sites, events, and field activities in Europe and the US.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience across DevOps engineering and customer-facing roles (Sales Engineer, solutions architect)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
