We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in Tel Aviv!
As an SDR at ControlMonkey, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in driving our growth. You’ll research, identify, and engage prospects, sparking meaningful conversations and setting the stage for successful sales cycles.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage with potential customers
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, including email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by identifying and connecting with key prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve lead generation
- Maintain a strong understanding of ControlMonkey’s product, value proposition, and industry trends
- Track and report on key performance metrics to improve outreach effectiveness
- Represent the Business at international conferences and trade shows
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar sales role
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with various outreach methods: email, phone, LinkedIn
- Familiarity with prospecting technologies such as Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft or others
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven ability to meet goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to travel
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience running or optimizing outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem or cloud infrastructure landscape
