Job Summary
We’re hiring a Senior SEO Manager with strong hands-on skills in both SEO and PPC. You’ll lead and execute our global SEO strategy – covering technical, content, and GEO initiatives – and work directly on implementation, including audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization. You’ll also manage paid campaigns (~30% of the role) across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and webinar promotion. This is a senior role with full responsibility for budgets, performance, and coordination with agencies.
Responsibilities
SEO (~70%)
- Develop and hands-on global SEO/GEO strategy across multiple GEOs and languages.
- Work together with web agency on all part of technical SEO (crawl, indexation, CWV, schema, site architecture).
- Manage content & link‑building agencies, setting KPIs, and ensuring accountability for results.
- Lead keyword research, content structuring, and on‑page optimization.
- Monitor SEO KPIs (rankings, traffic, conversions) and prepare monthly insights reports for growth and optimization.
- Lead anything GEO and how we are found, how we get traffic.
PPC Execution (~30%)
- Fully hands‑on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels.
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns, creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Deliver weekly PPC reporting (spend, CPL, CPA, ROI) and run continuous A/B testing.
- Manage PPC budget allocation and ensure efficient performance.
- You will own webinar promotion tru our database and PPC.
Basic Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2–3 years in SEO leadership.
- Proven ability managing agencies and working with developers on SEO projects.
- Hands‑on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Open to candidates with stronger SEO backgrounds who are eager to own and learn PPC
- Strong background in tools: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, HubSpot.
