We’re now looking for a motivated and sharp Head of Marketing to join as our 1st marketing hire, and lead our team to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, including planning and execution across multiple channels.
- Oversee the maintenance and utilization of our CRM platform (HubSpot) to ensure seamless marketing operations.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of our participation in industry events, from logistics to follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with external vendors, including designers, content creators, and swag suppliers, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing data to continually refine strategies and improve performance.
- Ensure that no operational details are overlooked and that all marketing efforts are synchronized and well-organized.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in a marketing role within a B2B SaaS company (2+ years).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing marketing operations without oversight errors.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Proficient in using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing relationships with external vendors.
- Strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive projects to completion effectively.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all marketing outputs.
- Basic design skills, with experience using tools like Figma to create engaging marketing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem and the cloud infrastructure landscape (AWS, GCP, Azure).
